Senior Associate
Austin Priddy practices oil and gas litigation and complex commercial litigation. Austin has significant experience representing and counseling clients in litigation matters, including pre-suit risk analysis, written discovery, taking and defending depositions, and motion practice. He has secured numerous favorable judgments and settlement agreements for his clients. While Austin’s focus is on the oil and gas industry, he has broad experience representing clients across a number of industries.
- Represented international oil and gas company in numerous federal court actions stemming from the Deepwater Horizon drilling rig failure.
- Represented oil and gas services company prosecuting breach of contract and related claims.
- Represented international oil and gas company in state court action stemming from alleged personal injuries.
- Represented one of the largest global producers of specialty chemicals in connection with a chemical fire at one of its chemical plants.
- Represented one of the largest independent residential real estate brokerage companies in the United States in connection with federal and state law discrimination claims.
- Represented New York-based financing company in courts throughout Texas pursuing breach of contact claims.
- Represented Texas-based non-profit public charter school organization in connection with breach of contract and related claims.
