Jackson Field

Associate

Jackson Field handles commercial litigation disputes, with a focus on oil and gas disputes, and has experience litigating various commercial conflicts throughout Texas. Before joining Vartabedian Hester & Haynes, Jackson interned with the Honorable Paul Green at the Texas Supreme Court where he provided assistance in analyzing petitions for review before the Court. Additionally, he gained valuable experience interning with the Office of General Counsel for the Texas Railroad Commission, where he provided vital assistance in regulatory hearings and enforcement matters concerning Texas operators.

  • Lead associate on leading Permian Basin operator’s company-wide surface curative program. 
  • Litigated a series of lease termination disputes in Texas courts.
  • Defended and prosecuted a variety of transactional fraud cases throughout Texas, including matters dealing with fraudulent transfers, tortious interference, and fraudulent inducement. 
  • Lead associate on commercial dispute in Dallas County involving breach of warranty and lien claims stemming from an oilfield operator’s dispute with its vendor.
