Suzanne “Suki” Rosen has more than two decades of experience representing clients in complex bankruptcy, restructuring, and litigation matters. She focuses her practice on complex commercial bankruptcy cases and represents clients in chapter 11 cases, bankruptcy-related litigation matters, avoidance actions, and out of court restructurings.
Suki has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial bankruptcy cases and bankruptcy-related litigation, including representing chapter 11 debtors, creditors, liquidating trustees, and equity interest owners. She has represented debtors and creditors across a wide range of business sectors, including energy, oil and gas, manufacturing, industrial, financial products, and healthcare.
