VHH partner Richard Roper served on two panels at a recent conference on the latest developments in immigration law, hosted by The University of Texas School of Law. The presentations covered employer and employee rights in the event of a worksite audit or raid by immigration officials, as well as regulations and responsibilities in the serving of warrants by law enforcement.

Richard is a former United States Attorney for the Northern District of Texas, and has more than two decades in private practice representing companies and individuals in white collar criminal defense matters and governmental investigations. He joined the firm earlier this year.
