VHH’s White Collar and Investigations Practice Group is led by Richard Roper, the former United States Attorney for the Northern District of Texas, who has overseen dozens of high-profile investigations and tried more than 150 cases to a jury. We represent companies, boards, and individuals in internal investigations and in defense of securities, tax, banking, and health care fraud allegations, as well as immigration and public corruption matters.
